Mar-21-2024 10:24 AM. I was hit this morning with a charge from Meta Platforms, Inc. The charge amount was not very large, but this was an unauthorized charge. Filing a dispute did nothing. PayPal claims it was an authorized charge. PayPal is saying that I need to contact Facebook to resolve this charge.

Hallo,habe seit zwei Monaten einen Fall mit meta über PayPal.vor 4 Wochen kam dann die Entscheidung von Meta und PayPal dass ich die meta Quest pro zurücksenden soll damit ich mein Geld wiederkriege. Habe ich dann auch eigenständig getan und die Sendungsnummer hinterlegt.
Nach unserer Prüfung haben wir festgestellt, dass bestimmte Transaktionen nicht autorisiert wurden und daher nicht durch den PayPal-Käuferschutz abgedeckt sind. Ich habe die Transaktion ja auch nicht autorisiert, habe nirgendwo Daten eingegeben und keine Zahlung freigegeben. Ich hatte gerade deshalb gehofft durch Paypal geschützt zu sein.
