All of your Free Company ability cards have a cooldown value on them of either 0, 1, 2, or 3 that connects to one of the four edges of your player board. The player board edges are also numbered 0, 1, 2, and 3.
If the player rolls the die, the Dollar marker is advanced clockwise around the game board counting the available deals as spaces. Once the Dollar marker rests, the player may try to negotiate that deal or draw three Influence cards. If by drawing cards, the player’s hand exceeds twelve the player chooses which cards to discard to the limit.
