最近停電事故頻發，缺電質疑聲浪浮上檯面，最近台電表示，今年將於5月12日舉辦2024年度新進僱用人員甄試，本次報名人數共1萬4893人，預計錄取1103人，創歷年新高，報名錄取率7.41%。

童子賢提引用芬蘭OL3新型核電廠 台電：成本翻3倍、每度電成本3元
近日全台有不少地方發生過停電，再度引起討論是否「重啟核電」議題。和碩董事長童子賢日前就提議，核一、核四裝置芬蘭OL3新型核電廠，這樣可提供穩定電力和降低電價。不過，台電今（9）日表示，該機組延宕12年才完成，造價成本是原先興建的3倍，換算每度電成本近3元。
