餐飲業正面臨嚴重的缺工問題，沒想到竟有主管以員工不足為藉口，阻撓懷孕女員工請假！一名網友在網路上發文控訴，她因為懷孕不舒服想請假休息，但當時餐廳正值活動期間，主管以人力不足回絕她請病假，她強忍著不適，加班到深夜才回家，沒想到回家後卻突然腹痛，緊急送醫後才得知孩子已經流產。豈料，主管得知此事後，竟然還冷酷地表示：「孩子再生就好」。

網友發文哭訴，自己從事餐飲業，遇上活動人手不足無法請假，即使告知主管自己懷有身孕，且肚子不舒服，主管也不准假。原PO忍著身體不適加班到半夜，回家發現肚子痛到流血送醫，結果孩子沒了。主管得知後居然認為原PO公主病，還說「孩子再生就好」。原PO又氣又傷心，詢問可以告主管嗎？貼文曝光網友紛紛支持「告死他」。
