In order to unlock any of these endgame classes you will need to have reached the max level cap of 30 and finished the campaign of The Division 2.
We now know almost everything there is to know about the three The Division 2 Specializations, including what skill, weapon, and other modifiers each of these endgame classes will bestow on players.
