前海軍顧問郭璽不滿退役上校王志鵬對於「潛艦國造」的言論，在高達百人的LINE群組辱罵退役痛罵王志鵬是「假博士」，「學位向北京跪求而來」，還連珠炮轟他是「跳樑小丑」、「大草包」等。王志鵬怒告加重誹謗，一審判拘50天、折合易科罰金5萬元，郭璽上訴二審仍否認犯罪，高院認同一審見解，今天駁回上訴，全案定讞。
