Lin Yu-chang ( Chinese: 林右昌; pinyin: Lín Yòuchāng; born 10 March 1971) is a Taiwanese politician who had served as the Interior Minister of Taiwan since January 2023 under the Chen Chien-jen cabinet.

Palin was born in Ranmoor, Sheffield, the second child and only son of Edward Moreton Palin (1900–1977) and Mary Rachel Lockhart (née Ovey; 1903–1990). In 1971, he co-wrote, with Hugh Leonard and Terence Feely, the film Percy, which depicts a penis transplant.
