2020年6月30日 · 《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區維護國家安全法》，簡稱香港國安法、港區國安法或港版國安法，是中華人民共和國法律，於2020年6月30日由全國人民代表大會常務委員會通過，同日以全國性法律形式納入《香港特別行政區基本法》附件三中，在香港特別行政區公布實施。 港區維護國家安全法是2020年度立法工作計劃裏要「加快制訂」的立法項目，在2020年6月1日由栗戰書主持的第五十八次委員長會議審議通過後新增。 其草案由委員長會議提請2020年6月18日召開的第十三屆全國人大常委會第十九次會議進行第一次審議，在2020年6月28日召開的第二十次會議進行第二次審議，於2020年6月30日表決通過，即日由國家主席習近平根據人大常委會的決議，簽署中華人民共和國主席令予以公布並施行。
