高雄市永安區今（22）日發生一起溺水事件，64歲李姓婦人在永安區興達路興達巷玄德宮後方海域游泳時，疑似遭附近流浪狗驚嚇 ，結果當場昏迷，附近民眾見狀後將婦人拉上岸並報案急救。
