Hsiao Bi-khim (Chinese: 蕭美琴; pinyin: Xiāo Měiqín; Wade–Giles: Hsiao 1 Mei 3-ch'in 2; Pe h-ōe-jī: Siau Bí-khîm; born Bi-khim Louise Hsiao on 7 August 1971) is a Taiwanese politician and diplomat.
