Hsiao Bi-khim - Wikipedia. Hsiao Bi-khim [note 1] ( Chinese: 蕭美琴; pinyin: Xiāo Měiqín; Wade–Giles: Hsiäo Mei-chin; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Siau Bí-khîm; born Bi-khim Louise Hsiao [1] on 7 August 1971) is a Taiwanese politician and diplomat.
