Lords of Heaven is an area control and card placement game for 2-4 players. You, the leaders of each of the four asymmetric factions, will play action cards to take your actions such as build units, fortresses, and temples, move troops, fight battles, and develop your Middle East holdings.
Over the next few days you must balance your time between the clans and the Thingstead (where the elders are gathered) in order to ensure the votes go to you instead of your rival. At the end of the game, the elders of the Thingstead call a vote and decide a winner. The battle for power has begun.
