從學生時期就開始接拍廣告的何思靜，早在高中就愛上了表演，「那時候看到熱舞社學姐跳舞閃閃發亮、很有自信的樣子，覺得很嚮往，所以就開始去學舞蹈、上表演課。」即使上大學唸的是資工系，她並沒有放棄表演的念頭，還認真與父母溝通，在不影響學業的前提下接觸演藝工作，「有次拍了一部微電影，要飾演患有思覺失調症的特教生，很有挑戰性，播出後有朋友來找我，分享自己身邊也有過這樣的親友，很感謝這個角色讓更多人認識這個疾病。」就在那個瞬間，何思靜找到了這份工作的意義與成就感。
