2014年3月4日 · 事例の概要につきましては、平成26年2月18日に実施された2歳代の幼児に対する頸部手術（リンパ管腫ピシバニール注入術）後の全身麻酔・鎮静用剤を用いた集中治療管理を行い経過観察中、平成26年2月21日に急性循環不全となり、ただちに蘇生処置を行ないましたが改善することなく永眠されました。 すみやかに本事例に係る院内調査検証会を開催し検討したところ、現時点では鎮静に用いた「プロポフォール」が作用した事が疑われました。 早急に外部評価委員を加えた医療安全管理特別部会を開催し、より詳細な検討を行います。 今後、本院の診療に対してより一層医療安全に努めてまいりますとともに、今後も経過を報告いたします。 なお、この公表につきましては関係官庁等への報告とご遺族の了解の下で行っております。 以上.
