【記者潘袁詩羽／台北報導】前立委郭正亮在政論節目嗆「民進黨雙標」，更點名民進黨立委范雲稱「最大代表」，直言民進黨前立委高嘉瑜被前男友林秉樞毆打時，范雲沒說一句話。對此，范雲今天（6日）表示，她在當天第一時間受訪、發布臉書譴責家暴，也與高嘉瑜合作修法；而郭正亮公開散佈未查證的謠言，言行已涉及刑法第310條之誹謗罪，「本人已委請律師蒐證，未來若再有任何不實指控，將採取法律行動，請自重。」
