新北市淡水區某裝潢工程行爆發命案，陳姓老闆自稱和李姓員工因工程款起口角，因李男拿出預藏開山刀揮砍，他遂以折疊刀回敬10多刀致李男喪命，但在檢方複訊時，陳男不小心透露凶手其實是17歲兒子，因擔心兒子年紀小才頂罪，陳男兒子到案後也坦承犯行，案發現場員工也翻供，目前陳男改以頂替罪收押。
