在寧波舉行的亞洲羽球錦標賽決賽,女單冠軍由世界排名F4最後一席陳雨菲把關,面對中國選手王祉怡挑戰,比賽結果爆冷,王祉怡以21-19、21-7,直落二擊敗世界排名第2的陳雨菲,其中王祉怡也中止了對陳雨菲的8連敗。

BWF(Badminton World Federation,世界羽球聯合會)世界女單世界排名發生重大變化,由於上周亞錦F4紛紛表現失常,4名頂尖球星在比賽中都未能摘冠,反觀馬琳在歐錦賽完成連霸,使得女單F4名單近年首度被改寫。
