3 天前 · CPTPP原為「跨太平洋夥伴協定」（Trans-Pacific Partnership, TPP）以作為21世紀FTA的典範為目標，原先談判、簽署TPP的成員國包括美國、日本、加拿大、澳洲、紐西蘭、新加坡、馬來西亞、越南、汶萊、墨西哥、智利及秘魯等12國；TPP於2016年2月4日簽署協定，但時任美國總統川普於2017年1月23日宣布退出TPP。
