原因は？ 根本的な原因は不明ですが、自己免疫（体の抵抗力）の異常を背景に発症していると考えられています。 我が国の急速進行性腎炎の患者さんの60~70%はANCA (anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody：抗好中球細胞質抗体)という自己抗体を持っています。 ANCAは中～小型の血管に炎症を起こし、腎臓の糸球体と呼ばれる「血管の塊」にも激しい炎症を起こし、血尿・蛋白尿が認められるだけでなく、糸球体の本来の働きである老廃物の濾過ができなくなります。 ANCAが陽性となり急速進行性腎炎を起こす疾患をANCA関連血管炎といい、この病気の場合、腎臓以外の血管にも炎症を起こすことがあり、肺炎や肺出血、皮膚の出血斑、神経炎を合併することがあります。 症状は？
