2024年3月6日 · 耐久財（Durable Goods，或稱做 Hard Goods）是指至少可以使用 3 年而不會經常需要替壞的物品，在正常的操作之下，一般而言耐久財具有較長的壽命，而且通常價格會較消耗品來得更貴。 基於價格較昂貴以及不容易損毀這兩個特性，消費者在購買耐久財時會考慮較多的因素而不會頻繁的添購耐久財。 耐久材種類？ 根據使用耐久財的對象不同，我們可以大致將耐久財分為三個類別，一是消費性耐久財（Consumer durable goods），二是商業性耐久財（Business durable goods），三則是國防設備（Defense Capital Goods）前者是一般家庭或是個人使用的耐久財，不具商業用途，商業性耐久財則是企業或是廠商用以生產和營運的耐久財，而國防設備便是軍用的大型器具。
