延髓麻痹（bulbar paralysis），又稱球麻痹，指由延髓或大腦等病變導致神經(舌咽、迷走、副、舌下) 損害產生的吞咽困難、飲水嗆咳、發音障礙為主症的一組病症。通常把延髓病變所致者稱真性球麻痹，大腦等病變所致者稱為假性球麻痹。治療針對原發病進行，並酌情採用溶栓抗凝藥物、抗生素、激素藥、細胞活化劑等，以及止血、脫水藥，或手術消除血腫、針灸治療等。

依據可能的病因選擇必要的檢查：

針對原發病治療，如急性腦梗死所致的球麻痹採用溶栓、抗凝藥物；急性腦出血採用止血、脫水藥或手術消除血腫等；炎症所致球麻痹者採用抗生素、激素藥等；恢復期採用細胞活化劑等。
