   2018年1月12日 · 「南瓜派」在台灣不算常見，不過卻是歐美很常見的一道傳統節慶甜點。 記得我約從一年前就一直很想製作南瓜派，但因為台灣不常見，食材上也就比較難取得，最近才開始慢慢蒐集各樣食材，準備來製作許多南瓜點心與甜點，而最重要的就是 南瓜派香料 (Pumpkin Pie Spice) 。 南瓜派香料其實就是由肉桂粉、薑粉、丁香粉、多果香粉等香料調配出來的混合香料粉，因為國外南瓜派常見，所以就有市售混合好的「南瓜派香料粉」，但是我在台灣找很久都沒有找到，所以最後決定上網查混合粉的配方，另外我也發現手邊也沒有製作南瓜派香料粉要的多果香粉 (Allspice)，所以就一起找替代的配方，這篇要分享的就是 自製多香果粉 與 南瓜派香料粉 。 多香果粉 Allspice Mix.
