2024年4月18日 · 要成為「積金好僱主」，僱主除了須已參與強積金計劃一年或以上和遵守強積金法例外，亦須有為僱員提供額外的退休保障安排。 計劃今年特設「積金好僱主5年」獎項及「積金好僱主10年」獎項，特別表揚持續加強僱員退休保障的僱主。 另外，如僱主在2023-24計劃年度內（即2023年4月1日至2024年3月31日期間），同時符合以下五項條件，將獲頒「全能積金好僱主」： （一）連續十年獲嘉許為「積金好僱主」； （二）提供多於一個強積金計劃供僱員選擇； （三）為部分或所有僱員作出強積金自願性供款； （四）獲「電子供款獎」（經電子方式供款或遞交資料，並以網上或電子方式遞交嘉許計劃的申請）；以及. （五）獲「積金推廣獎」（向僱員提供與管理強積金相關協助）。
